Swearingen, died Sunday August 7, 2016. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday August 9, 2016 at 11 AM at Eastview Cemetery. Mrs. Swearingen was a native of Edgefield County, retired from Strom Thurmond High School and was a member of Edgefield First Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 sons: Robert T. "Bobby" (Elaine) Swearingen, and Richard C. (Frances) Swearingen; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son John W. (Jake) Swearingen.
