Willie Mae Rawls Matheny, 97 of Johnston, SC, wife of the late Jack F. Matheny entered into rest in Saluda, SC.

Willie Mae was born in Johnston, SC as the daughter of the late Eula and William Rawls. Willie Mae was a retired worker from Riegel Textile and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.

Willie Mae is survived by her son William F. Matheny (Cyndy), four grandchildren Tonya Colville (John), Alyson Jester (Jamie), Suzanne Matheny and Brian Matheny (Kayla), four great grandchildren Jake and Spike Jester, Will and Emily Colville.

A visitation will be held from 1:00pm-2:00pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home, 801 Columbia Rd. with a service to follow at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Eastview Cemetery of Edgefield directly following the service at the funeral home.
