William "Dwight" Smith, 74, husband of the late Sabra Green Smith of Byron, Georgia entered into rest on April 29, 2023.

Dwight was born in Augusta, Ga as the son of the late Juanita "Anita" Black Smith and Charles C. Smith. He was retired as a civil service worker from Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Ga.

Dwight is survived by his children, Karen Smith, Alice Smith, David Dwight (Tori) Smith, brother Danny (Angela) Smith, grandchildren Amana, Hannah, LaLa, Elijah Smith.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday May 4th, 2023, at Eastview Cemetery, Eastview rd. Edgefield, SC 29824.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
