Mrs. Bell was born in Aiken County and was the daughter of the late Charles Earl and Mabel Nisan Sharpe of North Augusta, SC. She was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and established and served as their librarian for many years. Survivors include 1 daughter; Gloria Stone; 1 son; Mark F.
