V. Ralph Frazier, 91, husband of 70 years to Barbara Butler Frazier of Johnston, SC entered into rest on February 29, 2024.

Ralph was born in Saluda, SC as the son of the late Voigt and Arlie Hawkins Frazier. Ralph was a proud US Navy Veteran from 1951-1955 and served on the island of  Guam and The USS Epting Forest. He was a member of The American Legion Post 154 as well as a member of Johnston First Baptist Church. Ralph was the retired owner of Butler Electric Shop of Johnston.

Ralph is survived by his wife Barbara, two children Beverly F. Rich (Steve) of Aiken, Brenda F. Childers (Calvin) of Edgefield, grandchildren Jennifer Steller, Lauren Batte, Jason Childers, Brian Childers, Jamie Peck, Joshua Childers, eleven great grandchildren, brother Otis Frazier of Barnwell, sisters Carolyn Frazier of Lexington, Joyce Kneece of Batesburg, Marie Leaphart of Leesville, and Frances Smith of Elgin. Predeceased by his parents and brother Herbert Frazier.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Monday, March 4, 2024, at Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery in Johnston, SC. Memorials may be made to Johnston First Baptist Church 700 Church St. Johnston, SC 29832.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Mercantile Funeral Home Johnston Chapel.
