Trace Merritt Clennon, 70, of Minnesota wife of Scott Clennon entered into rest on November 20, 2024, in Edgefield, SC.

Trace was born in Austin, Minnesota as the daughter of the late Chester and Margaret Merritt. She was a retired retail worker from Wal-Mart Corporation. It was said that Trace had a few main loves in her lifetime, her children, as they were dear and near to her heart. Trace also had a soft spot for her cats and dogs as she obtained a few along her path in life.

Survivors include her husband Scott, daughters Merritt Kamp (Tony), Leslie Williams (Brian), four grandchildren Trevor, Kennedy, Charlotte and Emmy, brother Sam Merritt and dear friends Roger and Karen Weber. Predeceased by her brother Bill Merritt.

The family of Trace will be planning at a later date to hold a memorial service in her hometown of Austin, Minnesota.
