Sarah Isabelle Bolton Norris (Sally), 86, of Mount Pleasant, SC, died Saturday May 13, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2023 at Willowbrook Cemetery in Edgefield, SC, with The Rev. Janet E. Tarbox officiating. Mrs. Norris was a native of Columbia, SC, and daughter of the late Isabelle Hand Bolton and James Edward Bolton.

Mrs. Norris was a school teacher and property manager. She was an Alumnus of Mary Washington College and Dreher High School. At Dreher, she was a member of the National Honor Society. She was a former Member of Trinity Episcopal church, of Edgefield, and of The Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion in Charleston, SC. She also attended St. David's in Cheraw, SC. She volunteered at her childrens' schools for fundraisers. Sally and her husband Robert always had their home open with a spirit of generosity for their friends far and near. She enjoyed her close and loyal friendships in the communities of Edgefield, Isle of Palms, and Cheraw.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Harold Norris, Jr, and her son, Robert Harold Norris, III.

Survivors include her daughter, Isabelle Hand Norris, Mount Pleasant, SC , 1 grandson Thomas Harris Stone, Jr, McClellanville, SC, 2 great-grandsons, Harris Marion Stone, and Thomas Lawrence Stone, McClellanville, SC, and 3 sisters, Susan Bolton Grimes, Commerce, GA, Jean Hudson Price, Dacula, GA, and Betty Hooten Buddin, Shelby, NC , 2 brothers Richard Harris Hudson, (Kay) Greer, SC , and William Ray Buddin, Wilmington, NC.

A celebration of her life with close family and friends will be held Wednesday 4:00pm-7:00pm, May 17, 2023, at her daughter's home in Mount Pleasant.
