Ronald Gilbert Hoover, 81, husband of the late Patricia A. Hoover of North Augusta, SC entered into rest on June 25, 2023.

Ronald was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania as the son of Jack and Elizabeth Sumner Hoover. Ronald was a retired construction project manager. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and was of the Baptist faith.

Ronald is survived by his children Daniel Timothy Hoover, Sherry Lynn (Barry) Brown, ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Ronald is predeceased by his two sons Ronald G. Hoover, Jr., Jimmy Hoover and brothers John and Tim Hoover.

No services will be held at this time and in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church, 384 Murrah Rd. North Augusta, SC 29860.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
