Mr. Robert W. Rowe North Augusta, S.C. Mr. Robert William Rowe, 74 of North Augusta, passed away Saturday April 7, 2018. Funeral Services will be held in New Jersey at a later date. Mr. Rowe was born in Long Branch, N.J. and was retired maintenance worker at Aiken Technical College. Mr. Rowe was veteran of the United States Army. Survivors include his brothers and sisters.
