Robert was born in Augusta, Ga as the son of Darrell Quarles and the late Sandra Quarles. Robert was a dedicated heavy equipment operator for S.C. DOT Edgefield location. He was of the Baptist faith.

Robert is survived by his wife Haley Padgett Quarles, Father Darrell (Karen) Quarles, children Noah and Allie Quarles, two brothers Jeff Quarles and Ryan Bledsoe, one sister Krystal Bledsoe, stepbrother Jason (Amy) Moser, stepsister Angie (Jason) Willard, stepfather Ralph Bledsoe.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm Sunday March 5th, 2023, at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home 801 Columbia Road, Edgefield, SC 29824. The family requests you come in casual attire when attending. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
