Smith Edgefield, SC Rachel Martin Smith, 67, of Plum Branch Rd., wife of Obie Smith, died Tuesday May 31, 2016. Funeral Services will be held Friday June 3, 2016 at 11 AM at Rehoboth Baptist Church with burial to follow in Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery in Edgefield, SC. Mrs. Smith was a native of Silverstreet, SC and was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Myrtle Boozer Martin. She was retired from Monsanto Solutia in Greenwood, SC and was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; 1 son; Calvin Chris Smith; 1 daughter; Mary S. (Jared) Graham; 1 brother; Samuel (Nell) Martin; 1 sister-in-law; Martha (Frank) Corley. She was predeceased by a brother Thomas Martin. Memorials may be made to the Charity of One's Choice.
