Rachell Bush Powell, 74 of Johnston, SC wife of the late William Powell entered into rest on December 25, 2023.

Rachell was born in Johnston, SC as the daughter of the late Herbert and Parthinnia Cleveland Bush. She was a retired cook and was of the Baptist faith.

Rachael is survived by her daughter Stephanie Powell (Steven Hyman), son William Michael Powell, brothers Zack and David Bush, sister Florence Roberts, four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Living Word Fellowship, 1361 Augusta Rd. Trenton, SC 29847.
