Walton Edgefield, SC Patsy Ellen Walton, 80, of Jeter St, Edgefield, SC, a loving sister and aunt passed away Monday November 7, 2016 at Edgefield County Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 2 PM at Edgefield First Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Eastview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM before the service at the church. Miss Walton was a native of Edgefield County and was the daughter of the late John and Ellen Bryan Walton. She was a retired school Librarian and was a Graduate of Winthrop College. Miss Walton was a member of Edgefield First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. Survivors include 1 sister; Jeanette W. Hammond; 2 nieces; Julie (Archie) Hixon, and Sharon (Barry) Bell; 1 nephew; John (Dianne) Hammond; 6 great nieces and nephews; Bryan (Hanna) Bell, Lauren (Adam) Dimmick, Dr. Cameron Bell, Chris Hammond, Amanda Leigh Bell, and Scott Hammond; 2 great-great nieces and nephews; Savannah Bell, and Deke Dimmick.
