Patricia Miller Bryan, 79 of Edgefield, SC went home to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on October 22, 2024, at Edgefield County Hospital.

Patricia was born on July 24,1945 to the late Jack and Nita Miller. Patricia was a lifelong resident of Edgefield, SC and former cafeteria manager for The Edgefield County School District with having 28 years of service at Strom Thurmond High School and Merriwether Middle School. Patsy was a devoted mother and wife to her husband Eddie Bryan of 53 years and two children. Proverbs 31:10-12 & 28 "Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life." Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her."

Patsy was always showing a Christ like example with biblical teachings, explaining effectively the love of Christ by writing several Christmas plays like "A promised Fulfilled." She shared the gospel of Jesus Christ to so many with kindness and love for example giving a cup of soup to a sick student at school and inviting the student to church.

She taught Sunday school to teenagers and adults directing different plays and events at Edgefield Church of God and a former charter member of Sweetwater Church of God as a Sunday school teacher and bus minister. She was always expressing the light of Jesus with her smile and gleam in her eyes.

Survivors include her husband Eddie G. Bryan of Edgefield, son Jeffrey Allen Bryan (Ellie) of Spartanburg, SC, daughter Shannon Patricia Bowen (Ken) of Edgefield, SC, grandchildren Nathanael Wyatt of Edgefield, Joshua Wyatt (Lisa) of Edgefield, great granddaughter Oakley Grace Wyatt of Edgefield, brother Wayne Miller of Edgefield, nephews Ted McDaniel, Randy McDaniel, Marshall White, Tucker Miller, nieces Cathy Hampton, Laurie Brown, Cindy Anderson, Karen Garner, Brenda Chance, Julie Davis, Jennifer Doolittle, Kelly Hamilton. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Marie Lott, Kay Holt, Jackie White, sister-in-law Aileen Miller, great nieces Mary Beth Clevenger and Annie Ball.

The family would like to thank the staff at Edgefield County Hospital, Edgefield Medical Clinic, for their care and kindness they showed during her illness.

A visitation will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Edgefield Church of God with service to follow at noon. Burial at Ebenezer Cemetery in Trenton will be directly after the services.
