Ned Prince, 90, husband of the late Rose H. Prince of Edgefield, SC entered into rest on February 14, 2026.

Ned was born in Edgefield, SC as the son of the late Lunette and Talton Prince. Ned retired as a shift supervisor from Owens Corning Company and a member of Edgefield First Baptist Church.

Ned is survived by his daughter Hollie Kelly (John); two sons Greg Prince, Steven Prince (Laurie); one brother Billy Prince; eight grandchildren William, Cullen, Jeremy, Noah, Meryl, Margaret "Meg", Austen and Emily; and three great grandchildren Peyton, Sadie Grace and Adelynn. He was predeceased by a grandson Andrew Prince.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home, 801 Columbia Rd. Edgefield, SC. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery in Johnston, SC.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
