Mincie Herlong Swygert, 92, wife of the late Herbert Lee Swygert of Block Plant Dr., Johnston, SC entered into rest Monday, October 15, 2018. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday, October 18, 2018 at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Johnston, SC., with burial in Mt. of Olives Cemetery in Johnston, SC. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM before the service at the church. Mrs. Swygert was born in Saluda County, SC and was the daughter of the late Walter Dickson and Bertha Dominick Herlong. She was a retired Textile Worker and a member of Mt. Calvery Lutheran Church. Survivors include three daughters, Amelia (Grady) Miller, Deborah (H.K.) Yonce, and Sylvia (Ronnie) Courtney; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
