Mildred Biggs Quarles, 98 wife of the late J.T. Quarles entered into rest on August 26, 2025.

Mildred was born in Prince George's County, Maryland as the daughter of the late Mary and Edward Biggs. She was a retired secretary for the Architect of the Capital and attended True North Church.

Mildred is survived by her daughter Jackie Pacheo, son John T. Quarles Jr., six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00pm, Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The service will take place at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home, 801 Columbia rd. Edgefield, S.C.
