Mary Jean McDaniel Jackson, 84 of Edgefield, South Carolina, wife of the late Reuben J. "Junior" Jackson, entered into rest on November 16, 2024.

Mary was born in Edgefield, South Carolina as the daughter of the late William O. and Mamie Willis McDaniel. Mary was a dedicated homemaker, and she was a member of Red Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Donna J. Wates (Charles); a son, Andy Jackson (Lisa); a sister, Patricia Griffis; six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM, Tuesday November 19, 2024, at Red Oak Grove Baptist Church, burial will follow in church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Memorials maybe made to the Red Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 183, Edgefield, SC 29824
