Mary Ellen Holsomback Hastings, 87 of Saluda and wife of the late Crafton Heyward Hastings entered into rest on March 6, 2024.

Mary was born in Edgefield, SC as the daughter of the late Annie and Thomas Holsomback. Mary was a loving homemaker for her family and a member of Little Stevens Creek Baptist Church.

Mary is survived by two daughters Billie H. Matthews, Mary Moon (Brad), son Stanley C. Hastings (Linda), sister Francis Cook, eight grandchildren Wade, Justin and Margie Hastings, Rebecca Ferguson, Miles Forman, Anna Matthews, Jennifer Brock, Drew Turner, thirteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sons Nick and Randy Hastings, eight brothers and sisters.

Family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm Friday, March 8, 2024, at Little Stevens Creek Baptist Church with services directly after at 2:00pm at the church with burial to follow at Peace Haven Cemetery in Edgefield, SC.
