"Ronnie" Timmerman North Augusta, SC Marion Ronald "Ronnie" Timmerman, 68 of North Augusta, died Sunday October 2, 2016 at University Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 8, 2016 at 11 AM at Edgefield United Methodist Church with Pastor Judson King officiating. Burial will be private. Mr. Timmerman was born in Edgefield County and was the son of the late Marion and Mildred Oliver Timmerman. He was a member of the Edgefield United Methodist Church. He was a 1970 graduate of the Baptist College of Charleston and worked in Sales his entire life. The last company he worked for was the Roland Haskins Co. He was an avid South Carolina Gamecock fan and was known as "Ronnie from North Augusta" on the sports talk radio show. Survivors include the love of his life Lynne; 1 sister, Darlene (Gene) Rushton; 2 nephews, Ryan (Brooke) Rushton, and Travis Rushton; 1 aunt Dorothy McGee; and 1 great nephew, Vance Rushton.
