Marcus Corley, 83, husband of Florence Bartley Corley, of Griffis Rd. entered into rest Saturday January 20, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday January 23, 2018 at 11 AM at Gilgal Baptist Church, with burial to follow in church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM at the church before the service. Mr. Corley was born in Edgefield County and was a member of Gilgal Baptist Church. He was a retired Forrester with Canal Wood and a U.S. Navy Veteran from the Korean War. Survivors include his wife; 2 daughters, Jan (David) Smith, and Beth (Steve) Culbreath; 1 son, Andy Corley; 1 brother, Wayman Bailey Corley; 2 sisters, Reba Bailey, and Betsy Stribling; and 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
