Lucille Kelly Proctor, 79 of Johnston, SC entered into rest on January 9, 2026.

Lucille was born in Aiken, SC as the daughter of the late Lula and Leroy Kelly. She was a retired cosmetologist and attended The Edgefield Church of God.

Lucille is survived by her two daughters Crystal Williams (Gene) and Sheri Rhinehart (William), three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, sisters Mary Fulmer, Betty Sheppard, Daisy Johnson, Barbara Matthews and Dorothy Fanning.

A service will be held at a later date.
