Joyce Montgomery Timmerman, wife of the late James W. Timmerman, Jr. of Ridge Spring, SC entered into rest on September 26, 2025.

Joyce was born in Charleston, West Virginia as the daughter of the late Josephine and Woodrow Wilson Montgomery. She was a retired product manager at SRS and a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Joyce is survived by her daughter Stephanie Yonce (John), son James "Jamie" W. Timmerman III (Mollie), two brothers Tom Montgomery (Sharon), Robert Montgomery (Iris) and one grandchild Tres Yonce (Grace). Joyce was predeceased by her granddaughter Dani Yonce.

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home, 801 Columbia rd. Edgefield, SC. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, October 1,2025 at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 1843 Hwy 23 W. Edgefield, SC.
