Janice Robinson Trotter 69, wife of Phillip C. Trotter of Flat Rock Rd. entered into rest on March 5, 2022. Funeral services will be held 2pm Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Red Oak Grove Baptist Church, 174 Red Oak Grove Rd. Modoc, SC 29838 with burial in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends 5-7pm Monday, March 7, 2022, at the funeral home 801 Columbia Rd. Edgefield, SC 29824. Janice was born in Augusta, Ga as the daughter of the late Lillian Lee Adams and William "Bill" Taft Robinson. She was raised in the Sweetwater community and worked for the S.C. Highway Dept., Aiken Electric Coop. and attended Augusta University and Aiken Tech. She was a member of Red Oak Grove Baptist Church. The family would like to give a special thank you to caregiver Tonya Joiner Janice is survived by: her husband, one daughter Erin T. Spiller, three granddaughters Tyleigh, Novelyn and Adaline Spiller, one sister Nettie Lou Jones, four brothers Jackie, Charlie Robinson, Pete (Loraine) Robinson and Steve (Diane) Robinson, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Harris and Jabo Robinson, two sisters Frances Axtell and Amey Hammond.
