Janet Leigh Carter, 67, of Highland Ave, Edgefield, SC who served this community as "Flowers by Janet" for 23 years entered into rest on Sunday, April 25, 2021. No Service will be held at this time. Ms. Carter was born in Rockingham, NC and was the daughter to the late Harold V., Sr. and Bobbie R. Foddrell Carter. She passed with fond memories of her cousins, Deborah Foddrell, Rita Heath, and Mike Turner of North Carolina. She is rejoicing in heaven with the loved ones gone before.
