J. Albert Moody, 63, husband of Patricia McGlothlin Moody of Clarks Hill, SC entered into rest on July 31, 2023.

Albert was born in Augusta, Ga as the son of the late O.T. and Ella Parks Moody. He was a retired business owner of The Herring Hut and a member of Parksville Baptist Church.

Albert is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Cristina (Robert) Lamb, two grandchildren Jonathan and Katelyn Lamb. He is predeceased by one son Wesley Foster, one brother O.T. Moody III.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Parksville Baptist Church, 131 Parks Self Street Parksville, SC 29844. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
