U.S.Navy Mr. James (Jim) Ollie Ferqueron, 82, husband of the late Sarah Anne Reeves Ferqueron, passed away on April 25, 2013. Graveside services will be held Wednesday May 1, 2013 at 11 A.M. at Overbrook Cemetery in McCormick, S.C. with Masonic and Military honors. Mr. Ferqueron was born in Greenwood, S.C. and was the son of the late James and sue Carroll Ferqueron. He was retired from the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant having served on submarines. He was a member of the Atomic Veterans Association and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include 1 daughter- Lynna Ferqueron, Aiken; 1 son- William (Bill) Ferqueron and his wife Danelle, Henryetta, Okla.; 1 Sister- Virginia Keith, McCormick; and 3 Grandchildren- Brandon and Brent Hallman, Wyatt Ferqueron. Mr. Ferqueron was predecease by his brothers Bob and Bill Ferqueron. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 7 P.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
