Jack C. Kimbrell, 77, of Johnston, SC entered into the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ, with joy on May 2, 2025.

He was a truck driver for Davenport Transportation, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Republican Baptist Church. Jack was faithful to put the Lord first in his life. He began each morning with "CPR" – coffee, prayer and reading his bible. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jane Costakis Kimbrell; sister, Clio Henderson of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Kimbrell and Mattie Simmons; and his son Jack Kimbrell II.

Memorials may be sent to Republican Baptist Church Building Fund, 610 Republican Rd., Clarks Hill, SC 29821.

Funeral services will be held at Republican Baptist Church Monday, May 5, 2025, at 11am with burial in Graniteville Cemetery, 1377 Gregg Highway, Graniteville, SC.
