Henry Burt Smiley, 73, of Parks-Self St., Parksville, SC husband of the late Barbara Owen Smiley entered into rest on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Due to COVID-19 health concerns a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mr. Smiley was born in Brewton, Ala. and was the son of the late Robert and Vonceil Rogers Smiley. He was a retired Telecommunications Specialist and a Vietnam Veteran. Survivors include one daughter, Regina Gordon; one son, Michael (Chandra) Smiley; one stepdaughter, Becky (David) Burgos; one brother, Robert Smiley; and four grandchildren, Sophia and Brock Smiley, and Meredith and Anna Ryan.
