Mrs. Gladys W. Brown Edgefield, S.C. Mrs. Gladys Williamson Brown, 68, wife of Charles Brown, died Tuesday November 19, 2013 at University Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Friday November 22, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Gilgal Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Berea Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Brown was a native of Edgefield, a member of Gilgal Baptist Church and employed by the Edgefield Medical Clinic. She was a loving wife and mother and a devoted Christian. Survivors include her husband, one daughter- Patricia (Richard) Davidson, one sister Frances (Pete) Talbert, two brothers- Clifford (Charlene) Williamson and James (Pam) Williamson and two grandchildren Jack and Claire. Memorials made be made to Gilgal Baptist Church, 41 Morgan Bussey Road, Edgefield, S. C. 29824 or Berea Baptist Church, 508 Bauskett Street, Edgefield, S. C. 29824. The family is at the home of her sister Frances Talbert on Bauskett Street and will receive friends at Gilgal Baptist Church from 12:00 P. M. until 2:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service.
