Gertrude Miller Reel, 88, wife of the late Robert T. Reel, Sr. of Bausket St., Edgefield, SC entered into rest on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Edgefield First Baptist Church, with burial in Eastview Cemetery in Edgefield, SC. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM at the church before the service. Mrs. Reel was born in Edgefield County and was the daughter of the late George and Anna Hammond Miller. She was retired from SCE&G. Survivors include two daughters, Ellen (Mike) Kitchens, and Lynn (David) Mathis; one son, Robert T. Reel, Jr.; four grandchildren, Michele Waters, Laura (Daniel) Bartley, Heather (Josh) Fogle, and Brittany (Matt) Dale; and 10 great grandchildren.
