Fredricke S. Starr, 82 of McCormick, SC entered into rest on January 21, 2023.

Fredricke was born in Montgomery, Alabama as the daughter of the late Lisa Kirby Starr and Dunham F. Goldson. She was one of the first women to have graduated from Georgia Technical College as a Chemical Engineer, a job that she would eventually retire from. Fredricke was of the catholic faith and was the last living member of her family.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00PM, Thursday January 26, 2023, at Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery, 1339 Columbia Rd. Johnston, SC.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
