Frances L. Rodgers, 79, of Johnston, SC entered into rest on Thursday, August 20, 2020. No Services will be held at this time. Mrs. Rodgers was born in Edgefield, SC and was the daughter of the late Sam Watson and Ruth Leona Kirkland Bush. She was a retired textile worker and was of the Baptist Faith.
