July 27, 2013 Frances Quarles Holmes Edgefield, SC 29824 Frances Q. Holmes, 86, wife of the late Harold O. Holmes died Saturday July, 27, 2013. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 30, 2013 at 11 A.M. at Antioch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Mrs. Holmes was a native of Edgefield County where she was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She retired as Edgefield County Treasurer with 20 years of service. Survivors are one daughter, Susan (Robert) Straup; three grandsons, Michael (Krystal) Straup, Richard (Stephanie) Straup, and Ryan Straup; three great-grands, Emma Grace, Ava Claire and McKoy Reigns Straup and one sister Barbara (Harold) Dye.
