Elbert Ray Lott, 77, of Johnston, SC entered into rest on June 21,2024.

Elbert was born on December 24, 1946 in Aiken, SC. He was the son of the late Elise Kirkland Lott and Elbert Lott of Johnston, SC. His brother is late Lewis (Buddy) Lott.

Elbert attended Johnston school and worked with his brother on the family farm and family store in Johnston. His hobbies were taking care of his Boston Terrier "Billy" and talking about cars (any make or model, he knew!)

After his parent's death, he moved to Beech Island, SC and made friends easily.

He is survived by his Aunt Ann Carey and cousin Alan Murphy.

The burial will be private at a later date at the Mount of Olive cemetery in Johnston, SC.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Mercantile Funeral Home Johnston Chapel.
