David George Johnson, 86 husband of the late Jean M. Johnson of Edgefield entered into rest on January 9, 2025.

David was born in Providence, Rhode Island as the son of the late George and Evelyn Johnson. He was a retired Electrical Engineer and was of the Baptist faith. David was a proud veteran of the United States Army.

David is survived by his three sons Scott Johnson, Neil Johnson and Andrew Johnson (Caron), two grandchildren Drew and Ben Johnson, one brother Stephen Johnson.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, January 13, 2025. The service will be held at Sunset Gardens Memorial Cemetery, 1339 Columbia Rd. Johnston, SC. The family will greet friends immediately following the Monday service.
