Heavy Equipment Operator Mr. Danny Michael Fields, 45, of Plum Branch Rd., husband of Elaine Moore Fields, died December 28, 2014 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday December 30, 2014 at 6 P.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home. Mr. Fields was born in Aiken, S.C. and was of the Baptist Faith. He was the son of the late Harry and Catherine Wallace Fields, and a former Heavy Equipment Operator for a Logging Co. Survivors include his wife; 2 Step-children- Crystal Vonplinsky, and Dusty Chrisco; 2 sisters- Cherrill (Chris) Turner, and Judy Murrell.
