Colby Allen Reece, age 45, most beloved son, husband, brother, family member and friend passed suddenly on Thursday, January 22, 2022. Colby was born in Heidelberg, Germany and spent most of his young life as a military brat. He was employed by Play Tech out of Michigan. Those who knew Colby, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Colby will be missed everyday by his wife, Gia Reece, parents, Allen Reece and Penelope Reece from Edgefield, SC; brother Jonathan, mother-in-law, Loida Bracamonte and 4 brother and sisters-in-law, Godfrey Gonzales, Gladys Gonzales, Mae Gonzales, Gem Gonzales along with his loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many great friends. A private viewing was held at Mercantile Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
