Cleveland Ransome Abney, 69, of Old Plank Rd., Ridge Spring, SC entered into rest on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Mercantile Funeral Home Johnston Chapel, 384 Lee St., Johnston, SC. with Pastor Josh McClendon officiating the service, burial will be in Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery, 1186 Mt. Calvary Rd., Johnston, SC. 29832. Mr. Abney was born in Edgefield County and was the son of the late Dalton Charlie and Irene Ouzts Abney. He was a farmer with Titan Farms and a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Survivors include two daughters, Amanda Abney Bledsoe (Jamey Bledsoe), and Krystle Abney (Clifton Long); one son, Keith Abney; four grandchildren, Darren Abney, Johnathon Bledsoe, Kamber Rawls, and Karsyn Rawls; one nephew, Chris Hallback; and a best friend, Elijah West. He was predeceased by a granddaughter Addison Irene Bledsoe. Pallbeares will be Chris Hallback, Ryan Williams, Ed Gregory, Miguel Angel Orazco, Ray Boone, and Mark Green. Honorary Pallbeares are Kamber Rawls, Johnathon, Karsyn Rawls.
