Charles Howard Hutto, Jr., 58, of Hwy 23 Modoc, SC entered into rest on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Mr. Hutto was born in Richland County, SC and was the son of Joyce Smyth Hutto Avret and the late Charles Howard Hutto, Sr. He was a Construction Worker. Survivors include his mother; one daughter, Allison H. (Jason) Moore; two sisters, Cheryl Beasley, and Chris Duffy; one brother, Phillip Hutto; and one granddaughter, Alaina Moore. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM,Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Red Oak Grove Baptist Church. Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
