Herlong Edgefield, SC Mrs. Carolyn Morgan Herlong, 84, of Edgefield, wife of the late James D. (Skeebo) Herlong, died Wednesday August 12, 2015. Funeral Services will be held Saturday August 15, 2015 at 5:00 PM at Harmony United Methodist Church with burial in church cemetery. Mrs. Herlong was born in Edgefield County and was the daughter of the late Walter and Alma Williams Morgan. She was a retired secretary with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Survivors include 4 daughters Donna (Warren) Whitlock; Dale (Mike) Green; Janice Clark; Angie (Steve) Lawson, 1 son Glenn (Rhonda) Herlong, 2 sisters Eileen Millburg and Thelma Squires, 10 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Marilyn Herlong; 4 brothers J.B. Morgan, Claude Morgan, Charles Morgan and Edgar Morgan; 1 sister, Beatrice Covar. The family wishes to thank two special caregivers Elaine Johnson and Mary Bussey.
