Padgett, 66, of Long Cane Rd., Johnston, SC, husband of the late Betty Quarles Padgett, died Monday May 23, 2016. Mr. Padgett was born in Saluda County, SC and was the son of Helen Bledsoe Padgett and the late David B. Padgett. He was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator in the Logging Industry and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his Mother; 2 Daughters; Kelley (Mark) Parkman, and Leigh Jackson; 1 Son; Jonathan (Denise) Quarles; 1 Brother; Bennie Lee Padgett; and 5 Grandchildren.
