 C. "Pat" Douglas, born December 16, 1934 in Trenton, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026 in Augusta, Georgia. Pat’s life was marked by her quiet strength, deep roots in her community, and her steadfast spirit.

 Pat was the beloved daughter of the late Pearl Cato and Willie L. Douglas. She cherished her upbringing in Trenton, maintaining a lifelong love for her hometown and the close-knit bonds it inspired.

 A woman of dedication and diligence, Pat built a fulfilling career as a bookkeeper and retired from Ft. Gordon. Her attention to detail and unwavering work ethic were reflected in her professional life, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues over the years.

 Beyond her career, Pat found genuine joy in the game of basketball. She not only enjoyed watching but was a remarkable player herself, remembered for her athletic ability and competitive spirit.

 Pat’s memory will be treasured by those who survive her: her special nephew, Frank Whitlock, and great-nephew and great-niece Tommy Ewart and Tiffany McKee. While she is reunited in peace with her parents, those left behind will hold her legacy close to their hearts.

 A graveside service honoring Pat’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Ebenezer Cemetery, East Wise Street, Trenton, SC.

Pat Douglas’s dedication to her family, her profession, and her community will not be forgotten. Her warmth, commitment, and love for her hometown continue to inspire all who knew her.
