Barbara Owen Smiley, 62 of Parks-Self St., Parksville, SC wife of Henry Burt Smiley entered into rest Monday, June 1, 2020. Due to the current COVID 19 health concerns a celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Mrs. Smiley was born in Berkley, Calif. and was the daughter of the late Langdon Talbot and Kathryn A. Kropp Owen. She was a Homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Becky (David) Burgos; one stepson, Mike (Chandra) Smiley; one stepdaughter, Regina Gordon; two brothers, Langdon and Richard Owen; and one sister, Peggy Saulters.
