Anne Carter Kelley, 79, of Edgefield, SC entered into rest on Friday, November 8, 2019. Ms. Kelley was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late Maurice and Emily Steager Carter. She was a retired Nursing Aide. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy (Mike) Kautz of North Augusta, SC. Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home was in charge. No Services will be held.
