Herron, 87, of Edgefield, died Sunday June 30, 2013 at University Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 2, 2013 at 11 A.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home with visitation from 10 to 11 A.M. before the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery with Military honors. Mr. Herron was a native of Edgefield County and was a retired Textile Worker. He was a Navy Veteran. Survivors include 3 daughters- Judith H, Herron, Kathy H. Flores, Beverly H. Shields; 2 Sons- Donnie G. Herron and Billy J. Herron; 10 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren.
